Mattress Spring Systems

Open Coil - The separate springs are arranged in rows and connected to one another by a spiral wire. An outer rod strengthens the edges of the mattress. This is a cost effective and popular choice offering good support.   

Pocket Springs - Each spring is housed within its own individual fabric pocket. This enables the springs to work independently of one another, offering unique support to the body shape and helping to prevent pressure points, giving a luxurious sleeping experience with the highest levels of support.

Luxury Mattress Toppings

Memory Foam - This is a relatively new type of material that has a unique feel and responds to your body temperature and body weight to change shape.  It slowly recovers its original shape when the heat and pressure is removed. A unique combination of support and comfort with excellent pressure relieving properties. 

Latex - A prized, naturally derived material, sourced from the sap of the rubber tree.  It has a distinctive feel and is resilient, durable and has excellent anti-microbial properties that mean it's suitable for many allergy sufferers. It has natural Elasticity and quickly recovers it's shape allowing for great support and comfort.

Bedframes

The first floor of our Nottingham Road showroom presents a number of bedframes including wooden, metal and faux leather in all sizes. We can also offer an extensive choice of bedframes from brochures.

Drawers

All divan sets are available with or without storage including the options of jumbo end drawers, 2 drawers, 4 drawers or continental drawers.

Head Boards

A headboard is a great way to apply the finishing touch to your new bed. We have available a large range of padded, including faux leather/suede, damask and velour as well as metal and wooden items to suit your taste.

Guest beds

Guest beds are a great way to accommodate occasional visitors, available in divan style (as shown) and also wooden and metal frames with underbeds. The two beds can also be separated to create two singles.

Fillings and covers 

Mattresses can include luxury fillings such as cashmere, silk, lambs wool and cotton as well as man made hypo-allergenic fillings.

Mattresses can either have a quilted cover for a sumptuous feel or be tuffted which brings the springs under tighter tension and generally makes the mattress firmer.

Kids Beds

Our range includes a full choice of childrens beds from the simplest metal frame to the comprehensive mid and high sleepers and cabin beds.

 Available in various size options, from a number of UK manufacturers, our range of electric adjustable beds are VAT free to qualifying customers.

They include pocket sprung with or without memory foam which provides a layer of pressure relieving comfort, luxury and support – ideal for many health problems. Alternatively, all-foam mattresses are available if preferred
