We are a family business who pride ourselves on making our customers happy and as such we always promise to do our very best to deliver a superior product and customer experience, addressing any issues along the way if they arise. That said, here are some things you might want to know…

You may cancel an order at any time prior to notification of scheduled delivery. Please call us on 01332 200096 to do this.You may return a faulty item to us and receive a full refund or a replacement item, within 100 days of purchase. Any delivery/collection costs will be covered by us. Please note that this does not apply if the item was purchased with knowledge of a fault or if the item has been damaged after it has been received.

Depending on the product you purchase, there will be a warranty that is applicable. Please contact us on 01332 200096 if you have a question about the warranty for your item.

We do not offer refunds or returns on used items that are not faulty, but please call us or come and see us if we can help you find a product that is more suitable for you.
